unwelcoming staffcold water
i found the spa reception to be quite unwelcoming. the staff there didn't seem proficient in english, a problem , made arranging treatments unnecessarily stressful. also, the swimming pool temperature was shockingly cold. i had to use the sauna first just to brace myself before even attempting to get in.

the staff were so attentive to my needs. i felt pampered and cared for, they were great. mert at breakfast made each morning so special with his kindness. i loved the spacious suite it had such a modern touch.
the gym's opening time at 7 am felt a bit late for those early morning workouts. i hoped for an earlier start to embrace the day with energy.

the hotel is near a great mall known as hilltown; this makes shopping and dining very accessible. the nearby metro also offers convenient travel throughout the area. it is easy to explore with these options.

The rooms were big enough and included shower soaps and shampoo.
The carpet had stains all over, so the room was not the cleanest. The air conditioning made a clicking sound every 30 seconds, then would stop. There was a large gap under the door so I could hear everything in the hall.

The room i occupied had a noticeable issue. the air conditioning unit seemed to cycle on and off frequently. i also observed that the minibar was locked. I found this inconvenient. such restrictions feel more appropriate for a lower-rated hotel.

fantastic stay near the sea
elegant interiorsspacious roompolite staff
the hotel is wonderful with elegant interiors. my room was big it was super clean too. i enjoyed a fine marmara sea view from my room. the staff were polite they were always helpful.
the check-in was somewhat slow as the staff seemed distracted by their phones instead of immediately assisting guests.

the room included a king size bed plus sea views and it was spacious. the bathroom provided two separate sinks this is convenient for multiple guests and a rainfall shower added luxury. i found the room spotless upon arrival this ensured a comfortable start.

the breakfast offered many choices which was satisfying. i also saw a complete bar plus a roof restaurant that can complete the dining options. the hotel features diverse food options for all guests.

the hotel is near a mall and a metro station which is about a 10 minute walk. i found it easy to travel around the city with this access. its location gave a nice balance.

The room size was excellent. I had room service daily and it was very good! The Elite Restaurant was nice and specious, I liked it. Food choices were great and the staff was helpful.
The hotel lobby looks excellent, but I think that the restaurant staff needs some basic hospitality training. There was no apology or a solution when I mentioned the bad service.
